Claims Process:

It is of great importance to us that you are completely satisfied with EPAL Windows & Doors. If at any time during the claims process you are not satisfied, give us a call at 319-892-8124 and we’ll give your matter prompt attention.

It is recommended that you first contact your contractor within the applicable warranty term as they may be able to immediately rectify the issue. If the contractor does not respond after ten (10) days, submit the form below or write to EPAL NA, 306 6th Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401, ATTN: Warranty Dept.

To initiate an e-warranty claim with EPAL NA, a warranty registration form must be completed. If you’re not sure whether a warranty registration form has been completed, still proceed with the claim form below and we’ll contact you for the additional information. Once the claim form is received and processed, a warranty representative will contact you within 24 hours.
